We sell on a worldwide basis, both in terms of equipment location origin and potential markets. The commercial basis under which we sell is as asset disposal agents, and the methods via which we sell include:

• Private treaty sale direct to Buyers.

Online sales can be conducted as fixed price buy it now, price on application, timed auction or silent bid auction. From experience, DMC have learnt that no two Sellers are the same, that Sellers have different requirements and expectations for the sales of their assets, and that we need to be positioned to create a sale process tailored to clients’ individual needs. DMC have had considerable experience of processing equipment yards, workshops and warehouses with a view to monetizing assets that clients have decided to sell on for whatever reason. The process involves visiting the yard, cataloguing, photographing and lotting assets with a view to generating direct sales, for upload to a dedicated yard-sale website, or both, and which generates a comprehensive asset listing which the Seller can use for internal review and value expectation assignment. Just point out what is for sale, and we can do the rest.

Individual items are assessed by our team for saleability, target market, potential value, and the optimum sale method is discussed and agreed with you. Individual item sales can be generated by direct marketing to targeted potential buyers, by placement on the Saleyard website, or both. We can publicise items for sale on our Saleyard in several ways, including: price on application (with photos and description only), as a priced ‘buy it now’ item, as a regular timed auction, or on a silent bid basis.
